The following privacy policy along with our terms of service govern SolvEGYPT’s web platform and its use. This platform is the property of Untap LLC; an Egyptian Limited Liability company. Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding contract with Untap LLC referred to here also as “SolvEGYPT” or “us” based on the outlined terms of service and privacy policy.

We may update our privacy policy at any given time. Participants will be notified per email to review changes.

At SolvEGYPT, we collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy, with the goal of incorporating our company’s values: transparency, accessibility, sanity, usability. Sharing of Personal Information

Except for your first and last name, it is not necessary for a Participant to disclose personally identifiable information publicly in order to fulfill the purpose of the Site and/or a Challenge. It is each User’s decision as to whether they add personal information to My Profile or upload a photograph of themselves and to opt to make these visible to other Users as part of My Profile.

Unless expressly authorized in the Challenge Rules or on the Site, you are prohibited from posting or transmitting any “sensitive” personally identifiable information over the Site, which may include, but not be limited to, any information about yourself or another person that may relate to health or medical conditions, credit cards, bank accounts, other financial information, other information concerning criminal charges or convictions, religious beliefs, or other sensitive matters.

Data Collected

We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website to monitor traffic, fix bugs and other data analysis purposes. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

We ask you to log in and provide certain personal information (such as your name and email address) in order to be able to save your profile and the documents and comments associated with it. Minors and children should not use SolvEGYPT. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We only use your personal information to provide you the SolvEGYPT services or to communicate with you about the services or the Website. We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information.

Sharing of Data

We don’t share your personal information with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the SolvEGYPT Website and service. We use online services and tools for site traffic analysis, SEO optimization, newsletter, email support, user experience testing, and social media integration.

We work with organizations to sponsor challenges on the platform. We may need to share personal information with the Challenge Sponsors. A Challenge Sponsor (other than SolvEGYPT) cannot store or disclose your Personal Information; this can only be done by SolvEGYPT in compliance with this Privacy Policy. SolvEGYPT may share information that you have entered in My Profile with a Challenge Sponsor to analyze Participants’ Contributions and comments for the organization’s own Challenge(s). You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Challenge Sponsors.

We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of us or our assets may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make major changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending you an email. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted.
